Cath lab is a specialized area in the hospital where our doctors perform minimally invasive tests and advanced cardiac procedures to diagnose and treat cardiovascular disease. The cath lab at Medikay is equipped with state-of-the-art imaging technology used to view the arteries and check how well blood is flowing to and from the heart.

Led by Dr Maj Gen ® Azhar Mahmood Kayani, Ex-President(current board member) of Pakistan Society of Interventional Cardiologists, having 30+ years of interventional procedures experience, the Cath Lab at Medikay Cardiac Center is covered by an expert team of certified interventional cardiologists, electro- physiologists, nurses, and radiology technicians who have special training in a variety of invasive diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
